Oil-free scroll compressor working principle

A compression chamber is created between a rotating scroll disk and a fixed scroll housing.

The continuously rotating scroll disk draws in air from the air inlet and transports it to the center of the scroll housing, where it is gradually compressed into smaller areas.

The compressed air is fed directly into the center discharge of the compressor.

The discharge pressure is realized by means of multi-stage compression, resulting in continuous suction and discharge.
