Product Overview
The low pressure oil-free screw blower is a positive displacement blower using a pair of precision screw rotors to compress air continuously.
It operates efficiently within a pressure range of 0.4–1.5 bar, providing smooth, low-pulsation airflow for industrial processes where reliability and energy efficiency are critical.
This blower is an ideal replacement for conventional Roots blowers in medium and low pressure applications.
The compression process is continuous and stable,
consisting of four stages
Suction Start
As the rotors rotate, the inlet opens and air enters the rotor chambers.
Suction End, Compression Start
The inlet closes, and the trapped air is sealed inside the rotor grooves.
Compression Process
The volume of the rotor chambers gradually decreases, increasing air pressure smoothly.
Compression End, Discharge Start
Once the target pressure is reached, compressed air is continuously discharged.
This continuous compression process eliminates sudden air release, significantly reducing pressure pulsation and noise.
