GS Series is a single-stage, high-speed centrifugal blower designed for continuous heavy-duty operation. Air enters axially, is accelerated by the high-speed impeller, then decelerated in the diffuser to convert kinetic energy into pressure energy. This design achieves superior efficiency compared to positive displacement blowers.·

High-Speed Compression

Air is accelerated by the high-speed 3D mixed-flow impeller, converting mechanical energy to kinetic energy.

Speed Increasing

Motor drives the main shaft; high-precision helical gears increase speed to optimal impeller RPM (up to 20,000+).

Lubrication System

Independent oil system provides pressurized lubrication to all bearings and gears. Auxiliary pump pre-lubes before start and runs 30 mins after stop for cooling.

Smart Control & Protection

PLC continuously monitors vibration, temperature, pressure, and surge conditions. Automatic adjustments and alarms ensure safe operation.
