Inspection work before starting:

  1. Check whether the lubricating oil level of the main oil tank is normal and whether the oil quality is normal. (100# compressor oil in winter, 150# in summercompressor oil)
  1. Check whether the oil level of the oiler is normal
  2. Check whether the body bolts are loose or not.
  3. Check and open the main inlet and outlet valves of cooling circulating water and the inlet and outlet valves of each cooler. Control pressure 20.2MPa. Check whether the instrument air pressure is within the index of 0.4-0.8MPa, and check to open the intake valve.
  1. Manually turn the car to check whether the main engine is jammed
  2. Check and open the valve of the oil discharge water system
